Terms and Conditions

Read prior to the date of your first service.

1. I agree to provide/arrange for keys to be available for wagandwalks ahead of a dog walking appointment.
2. I authorise wagandwalks to obtain any emergency veterinary care that may be necessary during the time spent with my dog(s). I understand that every effort will be made to contact me prior to obtaining emergency care. I accept responsibility for any charges related to this emergency care. I also authorise wagandwalks to use an alternative veterinarian if my regular veterinarian is unavailable.
3. I will be responsible for any medical expenses and damages resulting from an injury to the dog walker/trainer or other persons/animals by my dog(s). I agree to indemnify and hold harmless wagandwalks in the event of a claim by any person injured by my dog(s).
4. I realise I must give a minimum of 1 days’ notice to cancel any walking appointments or the 50% of the service will be collected. Cancellations by the customer are required to be made as soon as possible via telephone/email.
5. I realise payment is non-refundable if a cancellation is made for a training service with less than 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations by the customer are required to be made as soon as possible via telephone/email.
6. I agree to pay wagandwalks in full.
7. I understand that any training service is only confirmed upon wagandwalks receipt of payment.
8. wagandwalks will inform me of any incident or anything they notice about the dog(s) which the owner should know.
9. I understand that wagandwalks reserves the right to refuse to walk or train any dog.
10. I understand that if my dog(s) receives the kennel cough vaccine at any time, wagandwalks cannot provide services to my dog(s) for 2 weeks thereafter as it is a live vaccine. I agree to notify wagandwalks if my dog(s) receives the kennel cough vaccine.
11. I declare that my dog(s) is not on the banned breed list in accordance with UK law.
12. I declare that my dog(s) is not under a Dog Control Order and that if this should change, I will inform wagandwalks prior to my next arranged service.
13. I declare that any history of human/dog bites will be disclosed to wagandwalks during the consultation.
14. I understand that wagandwalks cannot walk a female in season and that if an outdoor training session is scheduled, it shall be rearranged for a later date when the season has ended. I agree to notify wagandwalks of any changes.
15. I declare that everything discussed during the consultation I know to be true and a fair representation of my dog(s).
