In the very unlikely event of an emergency we are required to call you immediately. During the initial consultation, we will take down your emergency contact details. If vet assistance is needed, we will bring your dog to the closest vet depending on circumstances. We are dog first aid trained and we will provide immediate care. 

The initial consultation we will discuss your dogs recall as well as their favourite treats and toys. For the first few walks if we are not able to access an inclosure, we will provide a long line in some cases on a short leash. This will be temporary depending on how comfortable we are to allow full freedom. Your dog will only be let off leash when it is safe to do so. We will ensure to take note of the surroundings and judge accordingly. 

Each dog is taken on a solo walk to gauge their temperament and behaviour if they excel well in the first walk they are likely to be able to join pack walks on the second walk. We do not accept any banned breeds or dogs under dog control order. Wagandwalks reserves the right to refuse to walk any dog in any circumstances.

We carefully select which dogs to walk together and introductions are made carefully. if we find there is an imbalance within the group changes will be made accordingly and you will be informed. We want all of the dogs we walk to feel comfortable and happy.

Your house keys will be kept in a safe place at all times when not in use. Should your key be lost or stolen, you will be notified immediately. We pride ourselves in taking care of our client's homes as if they were our own and ensuring doors will be locked before we leave.

During these times we will not be able to walk your dog in season with the other dogs so in these circumstances a solo walk can be booked as an alternative.

Yes, Wagandwalks are insured for training, walking, daycare, and overnight stays. We can provide a copy of this upon request.

We accept cash or bank transfer we will provide a payment link at the end of every week. 

We are aware that schedule changes please message us the day before the walk to cancel. cancellations made on the day will result in 50% of the service.
