Dog Training & Walking T&Cs.

Read prior to the date of your first service.

1. WagandWalks Terms & Conditions – Dog Training in Wiltshire

By booking a service with WagandWalks, you agree to the following terms:

Keys & Access

• Clients agree to provide or arrange for keys to be available ahead of any scheduled dog walking in Wiltshire or training appointment.

Emergency Veterinary Care

• I authorise WagandWalks to obtain emergency veterinary care if necessary during the time spent with my dog(s). Every effort will be made to contact me first.
• I accept responsibility for any charges related to this care and authorise WagandWalks to use an alternative veterinarian if my usual vet is unavailable.

Owner Liability

• I am responsible for any medical expenses and damages resulting from injury to the dog walker, trainer, or other persons/animals caused by my dog(s).
• I agree to indemnify and hold harmless WagandWalks in the event of a claim by any person injured by my dog(s).

Cancellations & Payments

• Dog walking or pet care services: minimum of 1 day’s notice is required for cancellations, or 50% of the fee will be charged.
• Dog training services: cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
• I agree to pay WagandWalks in full and understand that any dog training in Wiltshire is only confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Service Conditions

• WagandWalks will inform me of any incidents or concerns noticed about my dog(s).
• WagandWalks reserves the right to refuse to walk, care for, or train any dog.
• If my dog(s) receives the kennel cough vaccine, I understand services cannot be provided for 2 weeks (due to live vaccine). I agree to notify WagandWalks of this.
• WagandWalks cannot walk or train a female dog in season. Any outdoor dog training session in Wiltshire will be rearranged until after the season ends.

Declarations

• I declare that my dog(s) is not on the banned breed list under UK law.
• I declare that my dog(s) is not under a Dog Control Order. If this changes, I will notify WagandWalks before the next service.
• I declare that any history of dog/human bites will be disclosed during the consultation.
• I declare that all information given during the consultation is accurate and true.
